As a provider for over 12 years I understand that work-life balance that many practice owners struggle with. It can be exhausting to ensure the team all has proper education on OSHA, CPR, Infection Control. Let alone handfuls of other assignments: Onboarding new employees, ensuring employees have mandated TB testing, Hepatitis B vaccine or declination form, a standard operating procedure manual, create standing orders & protocols for remote practice, ensuring the team is educated on safe waterline testing, weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance protocols and procedures for the office. Lastly, my personal favorite; making sure that the patient experience is top notch.
